For agenda item 1. I cannot certify n endorse the minutes of the meeting as I was not 'allowed' to be be present and I was deliberately left out of the meeting for no good reason. It was not a case of me being absent from the moats meeting but rather , for reasons unknown to me, I was on purpose excluded.
